Basle, Chipperfield Building
Schneider was commissioned by Novartis, the Swiss pharmaceutical group, to create the facade of building WSJ 355 on the Novartis Campus site.
The architectural concept of the five-storey building, designed by the British architect David Chipperfield, is marked by a generous supporting structure with ideal axis spacing in the facade area, in order to guarantee perfect light incidence into the building.
Schneider implemented this project in such way as to match the requirements of the user and the architecture as closely as possible.
