Neo Bankside is a landmark residential scheme located immediately adjacent to Tate Modern, offering views of St. Paul’s Cathedral and the River Thames. A stunning collection of four glazed pavilions, 370 apartments, rising up to 24 storeys.

The development lies at the heart of the emerging ‘ribbon of culture’ being created along the Southbank and will be set within the Bankside Urban Park, overlooking the river Thames. Designed by architects Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners , the four diamond-shaped residential pavilions (and a fifth roadside corner block) , were being marketed by developer Native Land. Schneider equipped the whole development with a unitised facade. It is conceived as having quality façades with expression and depth. The external bracing is located proud of the façades and adds visual depth to them.Timber louvres are set between the layers of the double glazed façade and the use of solid, insulated backing panels continues the warm colouration.Ner Bankside is a landmark residential scheme located immediately adjacent to Tate Modern, offering views of St. Paul’s Cathedral and the River Thames.
